Russ Boreham

Russ joined T-Impact as a Senior Consultant in January 2010 and now heads up all Project Management Resourcing for Telecom, Mobile, Broadband and Internet channels. In this role, Russ is responsible for leading client assignments in collaboration with our internal resourcing team, offering partner account management as well as leading on new business initiatives.

Russ is a fully qualified (CertRP) and chartered member (MIRP) of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and also holds further certification from the Association of Project Management (introductory certificate) as well as Psychometric testing (SHL).

As an avid contributor to T-Impact Associates blog, Recruitment Yoga, Russ is well known within his specific niche as a delivery focused recruitment partner servicing clients throughout the UK and mainland Europe.

Ben Soanes

Ben joined T-Impact Associates in March 2010 bringing ten years specialist recruiment experience in the Thames Valley where he reached Senior Regional Manager status working with clients such as Kraft Foods, Unipart, Siemens and Research Machines. Ben now manages the Project Management Resource team covering retail, ecommerce, mcommerce and new media. Project Management Recruitment has advanced Ben's technological knowledge, as we can all atest!

Outside work, Ben is a county Tennis player and enjoys playing squash for his local club where he regularly socialises with other players and enjoys the competitive nature this brings.

Working with inspirational colleagues including a hands on ex Carphone Warehouse Director has allowed Ben to develop new skills and a working knowledge of how important IT systems and ecommerce are in a technology driven world.
