T-Impact Associates: Free Services
The clever guys at Google Analytics tell us that most people when they visit our site are immediately drawn to our section regarding Free Services. We can understand that, it’s a tough old world out there and if you can get a valuable service for minimal cost, it’s a winning combination. We can also understand that you may be somewhat sceptical, after all, we’re a business and we need to make money surely?

Of course we do, however we also believe in the rule of reciprocation, which is kind of a fancy way of saying do unto others as you would have them do unto you, also known as the Golden Rule. You work hard, your feet hurt and you deserve a little treat every now and then, so whilst we unfortunately can’t offer you a foot rub (we looked at the logistics and it was pretty tricky) we are happy to put in a bit of work and offer you something for free if it helps spread the word that not all recruitment agencies are bad.
When we were putting together our sparkly new website we undertook quite a bit of market research, both client and candidate/jobseeker driven. We went in the pursuit of answers to a long list of questions and genuinely wanted to understand how we could add value to our offering. We poured over your feedback, tidied up some of the language and took your ideas on board. Here is what you said:
1. “Do something nobody else does – give us something for nothing”
2. “I can never find a reliable Job Description for Project Management when I need one”
3. “I wish I could have a point of call to understand salaries for Project Managers”
Most of the services on this site are completely and utterly free. If we do ask for something in return it is something that typically will cost you nothing and take little of your time, if any. Occasionally we may ask that you help us get our message out and pay with a tweet or donate 140 characters to a good T-Impact cause. We think you’ll agree this isn’t asking for much and what’s better is you don’t need a purchase order either!
We understand that business Project Management goes far beyond simply planning, organising and managing resources. Managers are consistently challenged to demonstrate beneficial change or added value and often can’t afford for a project to fail. This is why we provide free project management tools, to help you stay one step ahead of consistently changing market trends.
